The ceremony will be taking place on the Terrace of the National Arts Centre in downtown Ottawa. The ceremony will begin at 3:00pm. The Terrace can be accessed from outdoor steps on the north side of the building or from the amphiteatre level inside the NAC.  As the ceremony is outside, please note that in the event in inclament weather, the ceremony will be held inside the terrace tent .
